These programs are designed for each individual in order to assist in the rehabilitation to the injured tissue. Exercise in the form of stretching, strengthening, proprioception and cardiovascular training, allows the body to reduce discomfort and improve stability. Exercise is imperative for an early return to sport and a long term program can reduce the possibility of re-injury and assist in maintenance.
